The Director of Intake and Contract Relations leads the front-end operations of the agency ensuring all referrals are processed with speed and accuracy while maintaining high-level relationships with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and other payers.Responsibilities
- Intake Department Leadership: Supervise a high-performing team of intake coordinators overseeing the daily workflow from referral receipt to active case status.
- Contract & Payer Management: Lead negotiations and ongoing management of contracts with MLTCs IPAs and commercial insurers to secure favorable rates and terms.
