Job summary
The position is responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction to students seeking Commercial Driver's Licenses.The incumbent will conduct classroom lectures and practical demonstrations on CDL regulations, safety protocols, and driving techniques as defined by the FMCSA.
They will also develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to state CDL requirements and industry standards,
Assess student progress through tests evaluations and observations providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Maintain accurate records for student attendance performance completion of required training hours.
