    Salary: $20 - $25 / hour

    Sign-on Bonus: $1000

    Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu: 6:45 am - 5:00 pm, Fri 6:45 am - 12:00 pm

    How You'll Contribute:

    As an Operations Lead (Supervisor), you will work under the Manager overseeing day-to-day front office responsibilities. Your aim will be to leave a lasting impression, build trust, and cultivate patient loyalty. Upon joining an Aspen Dental practice, you'll engage in an eight-week training program for success in your role.

    • Deliver exceptional patient care with empathy and attention to patient needs, company policies, regulations, and dental board standards
    • Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure top-notch patient service
    • Discuss treatment options with patients, handle insurance matters, and uphold care quality
    • Under the Manager's guidance, supervise and coordinate non-clinical team tasks and priorities
    • Monitor practice data regularly to assess its impact
    • Manage patient scheduling, confirm appointments, and oversee financial transactions
    • Verify insurance payments, handle collections, balance deposits, and manage credit card processing
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager

    Desired Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients of diverse backgrounds
    • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data utilization
    • Detail-oriented and organized mindset
    • Experience in sales is a plus
