    Summary

    Global Franchise Group, LLC is a strategic brand management company with a focus on franchising. The company owns a portfolio of franchise brands that includes Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) franchise concepts: Great American Cookies, Hot Dog on a Stick, Marble Slab Creamery, MaggieMoo's Ice Cream & Treatery and Pretzelmaker.

    As a Shift Leader you would be assisting General Sales Manager in managing the human resources and equipment of the assigned store to achieve the quality and performance goals established by the company.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    1. Supervise personnel in the absence of General Sales Manager or Assistant Manager or when specifically assigned that responsibility.
    2. Assist General Sales Manager in the effective use of labor, inventories, customer service, product quality and cash control.
    3. Monitor and insure completion of store cleaning schedule.
    4. Properly open or close the store in accordance with the work schedule.
    5. Perform any administrative duties as assigned by General Sales Manager.

    Specific Functions:

    As delegated by General Sales Manager

    1. Manage store personnel
      • Insure customers are given prompt and courteous attention, sales are maximized and the image of the company is enhanced.
      • Monitor customer service and insure store personnel are assigned to the correct station during peak business periods.
      • Monitor sales so as to assign personnel to the correct job station during peak periods.
      • Monitor the appearance and quality of baked and decorated product.
      • Monitor cleaning schedule and insure the acceptable appearance of the store.
      • Supervise job performance insuring duties are completed correctly and that all company policies and procedures are being followed.
      • Insure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
    2. Assist in controlling food, labor, paper and supplies costs.
    3. Perform any other duties and functions as assigned by General Sales Manager.

    Required qualifications:

    • 18 years or older
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
