    Description
    The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the sanitation of the Distribution Center facility.

    The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid's brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.

    Job Responsibilities


    • Status: Full Time
    • Shift: Monday - Friday
    • Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
    • Pay: $ per hour DOE
    • Clean all assigned areas in and outside of the warehouse by sweeping/mopping the floors and dusting all appliances and equipment. 35%
    • Empty trash receptacles. 20%
    • Maintain the cleanliness of exterior break areas and parking lots. 20%
    • Operate floor cleaning equipment. 5%
    • Pick up cardboard boxes and deliver to conveyor to be compacted. 5%
    • Use equipment to wash totes. 5%
    • Replenish paper towels, toilet tissue, and soap as needed. 5%
    • May be responsible for handling damaged and Hazardaous waste collection and hazardaous waste station maintenance in accordance with OSHA. 5%

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Education Level Area of Specialization (Marketing, Finance, Pharmacy, Engineering/IT, etc) Required or Preferred H.S.

    Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Preferred LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Licenses/Certifications Other/List/Reason Required or Preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required or Preferred WORK EXPERIENCE Experience Areas of Experience (Pharmacy, Compliance, Ecommerce, Retail, etc) Required or Preferred QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Language Skills Ability to read, simple verbal or written instructions; able to write short memos/messages.

    Able to communicate information effectively one on one, and in small groups (customers, clients, co-workers etc.) Mathematical Skills Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.
