- Keeps conference rooms, copy rooms, break areas, lobby, stairways, elevator, parking garage, offices, and parking areas clean as instructed or by assigned schedules.
- Keeps trash containers clean and empty. Cleans all carpeting on a schedule and on as needed basis. Cleans walls, ceilings, sidewalks, parking areas, TVs vents, using ladder as necessary.
- Cleans lobby areas and lounge areas, including furniture and equipment. General floor care as needed (i.e. strip, wax, sweeps, mops, vacuums floors, cleans carpets).
- Assists in moving general storage items, furniture, equipment and any other items/supplies as needed.
- Keeps windows and door sidelights clean. Cleans public and employee bathrooms; replenishes supplies.
- Cleans Administrative, and Tribal offices including washing furniture and equipment by assigned schedule or as needed.
- Removes litter from parking lots and nearby areas to maintain a clean and neat environment.
- Clean parking garage by sweeping and or pressure washing to maintain a sand and dust fee environment.
