    Position: Customer Support Specialist

    Location: Remote

    Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5 est

    Training: 3-4 weeks 9 am- 6 pm (ONSITE)

    Duration: 6 month contract to hire

    Pay Rate: $17

    Start Date: May 6th

    Interview Process: 1 interview to hire

    Must Haves:

    • Customer Service experience
    • Remote working experience
    • Microsoft/Excel is a must
    • Great communication and phone presents
    • Detail Oriented, handle difficult conversations

    Plusses:

    • Sales and Customer Hospitality

    • Bachelor's degree

    Day to Day:

    Insight Global is looking to hire a Hybrid Customer Support Specialist to join a reconnection team. This person would be responsible for communicating with customers, focus on relationship and building repour. This person will need to have the ability to handle difficult conversations regarding feedback on products and essentially selling them back in This person needs to have great phone presence and have great attention to detail.
