- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at the elementary level
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree preferred
- Develop and implement engaging lessons in Mandarin
- Align lesson plans with state standards
- Motivate scholars to develop skills and appreciation
- Collaborate with grade-level team on reading instruction
- Adjust instruction for students with special needs
- Assess student progress and communicate with families
- Participate in student assessments and support school-wide activities
- Report to the school Principal
