Job summary
We are seeking a tenacious, organized, digitally-savvy and detail-oriented individual for the role of Studio Manager now officially named Creative Manager.The successful candidate will join our client's pillars of Global Retail Design delivering inspiring storytelling content and experiences to customers and consumers around the world. The Creative Manager will support consumer-led retail concepts and the evolution of our client's retail business aiding in the development of global concepts stores programs and project work at both macro and micro levels. They will manage all aspects of assigned retail projects related production processes to effectively execute on timelines goals budgets drive project schedules communications meeting cadence execution deliverables in-store installations maintain strong communication internally externally collaborate with design operations teams architects agencies contractors fabricators ensure designs are executed to specification quality standards facilitate sampling prototyping identify address key issues challenges printing construction manufacturing testing organize recording maintaining all project-specific documentation specifications integration retail standards leverage best practices tools improve them foster teamwork build consensus among design team partner teams vendors encourage innovative thinking operational excellence optimizes creativity.
