    What will you do?

    Develop, i.e. design & build, roll out & implement, run and continuously enhance a Holman Enterprise Project Management Office, the HPMO
    Direct Responsibility, i.e.

    Project Manager function and responsibility for HPMO project (Project Sponsor and Owner:
    Chief Strategy and Administration Officer)
    Close collaboration with the existing Project Management Offices (PMO) and Project Support functions in Retail, Product Development and IT.
    Evaluate current policies/guidelines, processes and tools for further usability, identification of gaps.
    Make recommendations for further built out, obtain approval and implement.
    Establish" Holman Strategic Project Steering & Review Committee" and related supporting processes.

    Strategic Project alignment and prioritization:
    Identify, select and prioritize projects that align with the enterprises' strategic objectives.
    Strategic Project Portfolio Steering Committee ownership: Prepare, facilitate and oversee the "Strategic Project Steering & Review Committee" as Secretary.

    Relationship management:
    Build relationships and a collaborative environment with key stakeholders and executives across the enterprise.

    Strategic Project Portfolio Governance:

    Project Portfolio Controlling:
    Monitor and evaluate strategic projects progress.

    Project Portfolio Reporting:
    Collect, aggregate, analyze, comment and distribute periodic Strategic Project(s) Status Report(s), e.g. monthly/bi-monthly.

    Project Portfolio resource management:
    Collect, aggregate, analyze strategic project resource requirements and interdependencies.
    Project Review, Forecast and Budget support: Facilitate regular strategic project reviews incl. management report out; support quarterly forecasting and annual budget process.

    Strategic Project Support (SPS):
    Project Management (PM) guidelines and handbook ownership: Develop, introduce and maintain Project Management methods, tools and technologies.

    Project Manager training content ownership:

    Develop content and implement PM trainings for project managers and teams with the support of the enterprises' learning and training unit.

    Project Manager coaching and training where required, through Holman University or other means, in small groups or as part of 1:1 meetings.

    Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

    What are we looking for?

    Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master's preferred.
    Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.).
    8+ years' experience, including 5+ at a leadership level; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred.

    Extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments and/or function(s) within and across other disciplines.

    Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function
    Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure
    Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function
    Optimizes the talents of team members for the strategy of the business
    Make appropriate course corrections when executing the strategic plan
