    Project Administrator (Design Team)

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative fast-growing, dynamic REIT. We are looking for a dynamic Project Administrator who will be an important member of the Design team. You will support the design team, reporting directly to the Director of Design.

    You will follow a hybrid work model, offering a balanced blend of remote and in-office work.

    About The Role

    Locating existing as-built drawings with design team

    Work with outside as-built vendors to get contracts in place and facilitate access with property management

    Work with in-house as-built team for prioritization and access requests

    Send out as-built contracts and internal design approvals for signature in DocuSign

    Run monthly expiring units report and create agenda for standing weekly scoping/strategy meetings

    Complete monthly time allocation for team

    Run reports for quarterly design team task allocations and other various reports as needed

    Coordinate and plan team lunch & learns and other events

    Assist with new hire onboarding

    Other tasks as assigned

    About You

    3 years minimum experience in project administration (or similar role).

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word and Outlook), Adobe Acrobat and Smartsheet.

    Experience implementing and improving new solutions.

    Ability to work and support in a team environment.

    Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter.

    Possess strong communication, collaboration, active listening and problem solving skills.

    Certified notary is a plus.

    Compensation

    Rexford Industrial's total reward plan includes a premier benefits package, bonus eligibility and long-term stock incentives. The expected hourly rate range for this role is $27.88 to $40.86 (annualized equivalent $58,000 to $85,000), with a 15% discretionary annual bonus target and stock grant eligibility.
