    Description

    Restaurant Supervisor

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Taco Bell - Port Royal in Spring Hill, TN. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading your team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with store policies while meeting and/or exceeding financial goals.

    • Monitor team members to ensure adherence to all service standards.
    • Supervise the service of guests, being vigilant for signals from guests requiring attention.

    You will assist the manager in establishing and monitoring sidework duty completion. This includes reviewing daily communication sheets from previous shifts and preparing ones for the following shift. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining restaurant cleanliness and setting up tables properly.
