    Compensation:

    $15-$30

    What we're looking for:

    · Capability of performing waxing services on all areas of the body

    · A positive, friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills.

    · Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.

    · Prioritizes Guest hospitality, service, and satisfaction.

    · Strives to meet and exceed sales goals.

    · Professional and team-player mindset who has excellent multitasking skills.

    · Flexibility with schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends.

    Responsibilities:

    · Prep wax and suite before start of shift

    · Provide the highest quality of service

    · Ability to sell wax passes and retail products while offering an amazing customer service experience

    · Thoroughly educate Guests on all EWC Product Portfolio and in-center promotions

    · Maintain a clean and presentable suite at all times

    · Work well with other team members

    · Consistently having a fun and positive attitude

    Requirements:

    · Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of California

    · High School Diploma or equivalent

    · 1 year of experience in Sales (preferred)

    · 1 year of experience in Customer Service (preferred)

    · Ability to work successfully with others within a team setting

    · Reliable means of transportation
