Job DescriptionA Business Analyst will monitor key metrics used to determine trends that will impact customers, act as an escalation point for customer issues and concerns, and work with product/development in evaluating defect priorities that impact customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop project scope, schedule, and requirements; and generate technical documents for developers to executeAct as professional liaison between executive project management and development teamGenerate cost/benefit analyses and business impact analyses for executive leadershipResponsibly set up and host regular conference meetings between relevant developer and project management teams to keep projects on track and within budgetQualificationsBachelors or Masters Degree0-1 year of experienceStrong analytical skills, work ethic, independence, problem solving ability, effective communication skills, and over-all positive attitude.
