    Litigation Paralegal

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation support and will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys with all aspects of case preparation, research, and trial support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist attorneys with all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial matters.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis using various resources, including LexisNexis and Westlaw.
    • Organize and maintain case files, including pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
    • Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and deposition summaries.
    • Coordinate document production and manage electronic discovery databases.
    • Assist with trial preparation, including preparing trial exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
    • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting.
    • Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and rules, including federal and state court rules.
    • Proficiency in legal research and writing, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
    • Proficiency with litigation support software, including document management and electronic discovery platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
