- Support continued refinement of a cross-functional, matrixed governance structure for Affordability initiatives
- Lead and facilitate meetings to communicate refreshed affordability strategies with business leaders
- Collaborate with Medicare and matrix partners across the organization
- Consult on key affordability initiatives and identify opportunities to scale
- Partner with various teams to implement cost-containment goals and ROI targets
- Define processes to identify external partners for affordability savings
- Lead portfolio process inclusive of prioritization and funding decisions
- Proactively address barriers and develop strategies to enhance access and affordability
- Promote integration and collaboration across departments
- Lead strategic change initiatives to drive growth and affordability improvements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of leadership in healthcare organizations
- Strong financial acumen
- Demonstrated thought leadership with innovative solutions
- Experienced operations and strategy leader with a deep understanding of health plan management
- Knowledge of managed care industry trends
- Experience in medical cost management initiatives
