Lead the global annual salary and equity budgeting and annual processescollaborating with HR and leadership to develop and communicate total rewards packages to employees.
Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory changes, ensuring our compensation processes remain competitive, attractive and compliant.
Manage the communication and collaboration with the payroll department to ensure seamless processing of compensation-related transactions.
