    State-Designated Children's Hospital Seeks Pediatric General/Trauma Surgeon for Locums Coverage

    Our hospital offers advanced care for children from birth to 21 years. As one of the first state-designated pediatric hospitals, we provide comprehensive specialty and subspecialty services, including Neonatal and Pediatric ICUs, a Pediatric ER, the Regional Craniofacial Center, and more.

    Qualifications:

    • Board-certified Pediatric Surgeon
    • Fellowship is preferred
    • Florida License

    Practice Details:

    • Patient ages are newborn to 17, trauma to 15 years
    • Support staff includes 4 ACPs and 2 MAs
    • Cerner for charting

    Cases and Procedures:

    • Cases include Pediatric, Neonate, and Trauma

    Schedule:

    • Weekend coverage with occasional full week coverage
    • 24-hour call
    • Clinic hours are 8 AM - 5 PM
    • Average volume of 10 PPD during clinic

    Travel & Lodging:

    • Travel and lodging will be provided
