This position operates fully remote in the Minneapolis, MN area. There is 50% travel requirement to meet the expectations of the role. Please note - we have this position posted in several specific geographic areas throughout the Midwest region of the US - we are only seeking one candidate.
BackgroundThe Territory Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow the company's business in a region. This includes identifying and delivering on growth opportunities, building relationships with customers and influencers in the sign industry and partnering with Channel Sales and Customer Experience Operations to ensure customer engagement with Gemini.
In this role, you will be an expert in Gemini's products and customers, trends, competition and how to navigate the market landscape to drive new business growth. Success is based upon your ability to meet or exceed established sales targets set by the organization.

Territory Development (80%)
Actively prospect for new business opportunities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
Partner with Marketing to follow up on leads and engage prospects
Partner with Channel Sales to put Gemini in a position to win on large opportunities, with target customer accounts and to foster loyalty and engagement within customer base
Leverages available technology to become more effective and efficient
Represent Gemini at key industry meetings, shows and events
Sales Planning & Strategy (20%)
Aligns territory sales strategies with Gemini's go to market strategy
Partners to build and refine marketing-led campaigns to improve their effectiveness
Responsible for sale planning within the region, ensuring new business growth beyond the existing plan period
Synthesizes and reports on market situation on a quarterly basis
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
