Job summary
This is ownership of the sales engine. Northline Roofing is a growing residential roofing company in Charlotte, currently producing $4–5M annually and scaling toward $6–10M.We are hiring a senior Sales Manager to fully own the sales function — training, pricing discipline, accountability,
and team performance — with a clear mandate to lead the team to $5.7M in annual revenue (excluding owner sales).
This role is for someone who has already done this before and wants authority,
stability,
and upside — not chaos or micromanagement.
