- Create and implement a growth strategy to deliver the company's business plan through management of all FSOP, Alternative Route to Market and Vending customers
- Lead the total beverage portfolio execution in assigned geographic area and all priority channels
- Identify and develop talent through a robust development plan which includes emphasis on the company values and culture
- Manage strategic relationships with FSOP customers within assigned geographic area
- Ensure market compliance with marketing agreements, contracts and monthly Commercial priorities
- Provide feedback to the National Customer teams through collaboration with FSOP leadership
- Execute multi-year beverage partnership agreements through negotiating with customers
- Drive collaboration between Supply Chain and Field Sales Execution teams, for sales, delivery route planning, etc.
- Serve as key enabler for business initiatives through communication with FSOP leadership and local facility management
- Other projects or duties as assigned

Position Summary:
