    Job Title: Clinical Trial Assistant

    Schedule:
    - Shift hours vary between 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Shift schedules are provided weekly for the following two weeks

    Projected Duration: 6 months with potential for permanent position

    Job Code: CVDJP

    Pay Rate: $21 to $24 per hour depending on experience

    Job Summary:
    The primary role of a clinical trials assistant is to support clinical research teams in ensuring efficient conduct by providing administrative and project tracking assistance.

    Job Responsibilities:
    - Provide administrative support to the Clinical Operations Department
    - Support ongoing studies conducted by Clinical Operations teams
    - Assist with study-specific documentation and guidelines, organize and maintain study documentation
    - Process Data Collection Forms, assist in quality control audits
    - Assist in coordinating Investigator payments
    - Produce necessary materials for presentations
    - Coordinate team member tracking

    Skills Required:
    - Strong verbal and written communication
    - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    - Basic ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    - Basic knowledge of medical procedures and data analysis

    Education/Experience:
    - High school diploma or GED required
    - Associate's degree in medical technology or vocational training preferred
    - 0-2 years of relevant experience required
    - Previous experience in a similar role and environment is a plus
