- Provide testing and integration support for all types of power sources, assemble and test batteries, use software diagnostics to generate and analyze data from power device performance testing.
- Perform troubleshooting to maintain and operate 3D printer to ensure prototypes can be made efficiently.
- Manufacture films from polymers and electrolytes.
- Test and organize a variety of sensors and devices.
- Design parts in CAD for 3D printing.
- Use ink-jet printer and handheld sprayer to apply silver for sensors and antennae.
- Create different solutions for testing with different polymers and compounds.
- Two year's related experience, including software such as: Creo Parametric; SolidWorks, SquidStat, MATLAB, AutoCAD.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills in making the appropriate technical decisions.
- Must be motivated, adaptable, flexible, and able to produce quality results in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Interim Secret security clearance to start work on the contract; ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required.
