We're seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional , cooperative demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Assist with grooming , bathing , catheter care , pericare , and dressing following care policy guidelines
- Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
- Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices proper body mechanics Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals weights intake/output meal consumption Assist with Positioning: Turn reposition residents routinely for comfort safety Lead range of motion exercises provide reality orientation as directed What Makes You a Great Fit We're Looking For Someone Who Holds current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas Can accurately record information perform technical procedures Communicates well demonstrates self-discipline patience Genuinely cares for elderly individuals with disabilities Understands upholds Patient Bill of Rights Employee Responsibilities Follows all safety policies procedures
