**Job Description**

**AECOM** is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to be based in Las Vegas, NV.

Summary of responsibilities:

+ Under moderate supervision assists the Project Management team with management administration on a moderate size and scope project, or a portion of a large size and scope project, following set guidelines for completion of tasks

+ Employee receives moderate to limited supervision working from objectives set by supervisor

+ Employee organizes and carries out most assignments in accordance with standard practices, instructions, or previous training. Employee handles some unusual situations independently

+ May interface with design team

+ May work closely with BIM team and use modelling software

+ May interact with Superintendents to address project questions/issues. Assists with and monitors change orders

+ May assist with regulatory compliance and financial reporting

+ Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract

+ Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate

+ Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed

+ May provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies

**Qualifications**

Minimum Requirements:

+ BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Able to work on moderate sized projects

+ Work with limited supervision

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $85, $145,
