Our client is seeking a Senior Associate with meaningful trademark litigation experience to join their busy IP group.
- Working closely with the group chair and others.
- This is a hands-on role for an attorney who can run matters with minimal direction.
The associate will be expected to drive matters, not simply staff them: drafting and arguing substantive motions, leading discovery (including ESI strategy and vendor management), taking and defending depositions,+
