    Job Description Admission's Officer


    • Primarily responsible for performing marketing and admissions functions.
    • Ensures new students conversation through quality customer service.
    • Maintains an inquiry sheet/logbook to record relevant information about the inquirer for marketing follow-up.
    • Gathers, compiles, and prepares all student enrollment requirements and turns these over to the Registrar's office.
    • Works hand-in-hand with the Career Advisor for the preparation and implementation of the career orientation seminars to different schools.
    • Ensures that the frontline area has available brochures and flyers for distribution to walk in inquirers at all times.
    • Ensures the availability of the following files at the admissions office.
    o List of course per program

    o Price list of uniforms, books and other school items for enrollment

    o Schedule of classes


    • Prepares the walk-in inquiries, registrants and enrollees report to monitor daily new students.
    • Performs such other duties and functions as maybe assigned by the higher officials of the school.
    o President, School Administrator and Deputy School Administrator.
