Brief Overview Of Position

Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking a candidate for Senior Business Analyst roles to support the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) client where we are focused on delivering innovative professional Information Technology (IT) services.

Positions require onsite support in facilities located in Washington, DC in addition to telework.

Description Of Duties

Support a team of software developers, database administrators/developers and business analysts in providing professional IT services to perform operations, maintenance and enhancements for a specific NIFA grants management system
Support a team in meeting the operations, maintenance, and enhancement objectives of the NIFA Reporting System (NRS) custom software application

Education, Experience, And Security Requirements

Certified Business Analyst
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum 5 (five) years relevant experience as a business analyst
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Moderate or High Risk
