You will be a vital part of our compassionate and dedicated team, focusing on our student re-engagement program.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively reach out to students who have left the high school system to reignite their motivation and guide them towards graduation.
    • Facilitate the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed.
    • Conduct detailed phone calls and maintain consistent email/text communication to assess the educational aspirations, interests, and potential challenges of prospective students.
    • Build and maintain professional relationships with students and support staff to create a supportive environment.
    • Develop and execute action plans to meet individual and departmental goals for student population growth.
    • Collaborate with Academic Coaches and Mentors to enhance the student experience and ensure a smooth transition for re-enrolled students.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
    • Minimum of one year of experience in sales/recruiting.
    • At least one year of experience in tutoring, teaching, or a similar educational role.
    • Proven background in student advising, mentoring, or a related function within an educational setting, ideally at the high school level.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students who need individualized attention or special accommodations.
    • Proficient in time management within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in working with diverse student bodies and staff.
    • Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office applications.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, and softphone applications such as Dialpad is advantageous.
