    Fred Smith Company is currently seeking to fill multiple Asphalt Paving Crew positions. Applicants with previous asphalt paving experience preferred. Preference will be given to those who have worked in an outdoor environment. Applicants must have reliable transportation and will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Open positions include:

    • Screed Operator (previous experience required)
    • Roller Operator (previous experience required)
