Regional Rental Operations Manager - Dallas, TX

Job summary
This position will report to the Director - Rental & Sales Operations and can be located at any branch of MGX Equipment depending on the proximity of selected candidate. The job involves oversight of all cranes rental fleet for MGX Equipment facilitating DMV tagging and titling for crane rental fleet maintaining eligibility and online logging of third-party haul tickets and invoice matching ensuring accurate inventory completion of all rental fleet ensuring proper communication from all locations to continually evaluate future utilization projections and ensure proper fleet levels performing analysis of rental agreements including non-dispatched contracts outstanding pickups and units rented in lieu assisting in evaluation of current fleet performance and exit strategies for underperforming fleet processing customer credit applications into system processing or assist in AP Batching for rentals parts or service as needed assisting in invoicing machines and proper commissions assisting in tracking sales accruals performing daily duties for locations with no ISR processing New Units Yard Forms completing all rental contracts dispatch pickup etc communicating with Service Departments for timely availability transport providing hands-on training new ISRs communicating corporate departments regional personnel resolve issues routinely traveling branch locations assess assist operations periodically evaluating ISR performance provide feedback to ISR Branch Manager VP etc other duties assigned by management.Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required five years customer service experience equipment/rental industry.
- Must have knowledge operations management rental parts service departments equipment rental operations product support business knowledge required.
- Must be proficient Microsoft Office 365 applications.
