Position Description
Ensures on-time and quality delivery of technological and digital projects. This title is restricted to the Institute of Telehealth Technology and Innovation or the Office of Research and Innovation.
Preferred Qualifications

• Foundation ITIL
• 3 years experience in a research-focused IT role.
• Knowledge in HPCC usage, data management and related tools.
• Previous experience in the implementation of data storage solutions and best practices.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and institutional regulations regarding data security and personal health information.
• REDCap Administration experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related experience and training OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal 10 years.

Must obtain an ITIL certification or equivalent within one year of hire. Certification shall be maintained once obtained.
