    Job DescriptionQuality Inspector: Janesville, WIOur customer in Janesville, Wisconsin designs and produces parts for a variety of industries including agricultural, automotive, medical, and other industries. They are seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail and a knack for precision engineering. If you have mechanical knowledge, proficiency in blueprint reading, and experience in manufacturing inspection, we want you to apply. Familiarity with GD&T is a requirement. Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector:
    • Develop and Implement Quality Management System
    • Plan, implement and maintain a quality system in accordance with industry standards.
    • Maintain and revise the TPP Quality Guide and quality system procedures as needed.
    • Perform and document the following per TPP QMS:
    • Receiving / Receiving Inspection (purchased product including sub-contracted orders)
    • Review and inspection of customer supplied materials
    • Material Inspection
    • In-Process / First Piece/Final/First Article Inspections using Customer Supplied Inspections
    • Reports or create Inspection Reports using Inspection Xpert Software
    • Job specific inspection pack for operators: pull inspection tooling for job
    • Nonconforming Material Control
    • Provide Tool and Gage Control
    • Utilize CMM Manager software and CMM
    • Use Job Boss (ERP Software) as necessary
    • Analyze and resolves work problems or assist workers in solving production related issues.
    • Represent the company in quality related matters with clients, representatives, and suppliers.
    • Identify, document, and investigate problems relating to quality, recommend solutions, and ensure corrective action.
    • Ensure proper documentation and trace ability of manufactured items.
    • Assist as needed. (Sales, Estimating, Tooling, Purchasing, Routing, Programing)
    • Adjust, clean, or repair products or processing equipment to correct defects found during inspections.
    Quality Inspector Requirements and Qualifications:
    • Must know how to read blueprints.
    • Must have GD&T experience and how to complete FAI.
    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
    • Reliable transportation to and from work.
    • Ability to follow instructions/policies/procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form.
    Pay for Quality Inspector: Starting at $28-$32/hour.Quality Inspector Benefits:
