    Job title: travel respiratory therapist - 1,849 per week

    Description

    A Respiratory Therapist is responsible for evaluating, treating, and caring for patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    The successful candidate will be able to:

    • Provide respiratory care to patients per physician orders and established policies and procedures
    • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines

    The Respiratory Therapist will work closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to provide high-quality care and achieve optimal outcomes.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

    • Respiratory Therapist credential by the NBRC, and CPR certification required
    • Eighteen months of respiratory care experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting
