- Complete forms I-130, I-140, I-485, I-131, I-907, I-129, N-400, I-90, and other related documents
- Develop document checklists, gather necessary paperwork from clients for the aforementioned petitions
- Compose cover letters, compile and organize evidence for petitions, prepare, edit, and print cover sheets and supporting letters for cases
- Offer guidance on case progression and timelines, as well as troubleshoot any arising concerns
- Maintain regular communication with clients through email, phone, and Zoom to provide updates on their case status
- Manage deadlines, schedule USCIS petitions, and assist in creating RFEs and NOIDs
- Conduct legal research, contribute to refining internal processes, and protocols
- Create supporting letters, get petitions ready for dispatch and submission
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal, showcasing proficiency in family-based and employment-based immigration law
- Bachelor's Degree or an AA/Paralegal Certificate paired with relevant practical experience
- Need to have a dedicated home office setup conducive for professional tasks and client confidentiality—remote work from public locations is not allowed
- No secondary employment—full dedication to the role during operational hours
- High level of technological competence utilizing platforms like Gmail, MS Office, and Adobe PDF, and able to operate general office equipment for remote assignments. Proficiency with Mac systems is a plus
- Must be a California resident, with a preference for individuals who can occasionally attend our Los Angeles office for team collaboration or client discussions as required
- Familiarity with and experience in preparing petitions involving I-130, I-485, N-400, I-90, I-129, I-140, I-765, I-131
