    Description

    Candidates need to be LOCAL to either Boston, MA or Durham NC or Merrimack NH.

    W2 ONLY - SPONSORHSIP AVAILABLE. No CTC

    Self-to-trade. An API function/process that allows us to take money in for managed accounts. Will be building up the service (Dynamo, Storage, Lambda, etc.). Will be building an API in orchestration with other APIs. Will allow customers to sell money into managed accounts while maintaining security for Fidelity. Lots of moving data points/system interactions on the back end. Selling PTS: Opportunity for long term employment Ability to utilize latest technology and navigate new processes Will be working on experienced development team Top Skills: Java backend Development Springboot/Microservices AWS Candidate needs to be hands on

    Nice to Have: Python and Typescript

    • Bachelor's / Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
    • Extraordinary problem-solving skills dealing with complex distributed deployments
    • 7+ years of experience in Java, Spring MVC / Spring / Springboot / Web Services (SOAP/REST) and configuring web containers.
    • Champion and advocate of Test Driven Development, Unit testing using frameworks and tools like Jest and Jasmine
    • Hands on experience in container-based development (Docker)
    • Hands on experience in REST API development
    • Fully hands on with application builds and deploys using Continuous Integration/ Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, artifactory, uDeploy, GitHub, etc.
    • Hands on experience with public cloud platforms and services (AWS)
    • Proven technical design, development, analysis, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong understanding of Data Structures and design patterns
    • Strategic thinking and critical problem-solving skills
    • Experience in implementing Micro services Architecture & building / deploying highly automated, scalable and maintainable infrastructure.
