Perform entry-level inspection work for the Texas Department of Agriculture's (TDA) Biosecurity Enforcement Road Stations program Train on become proficient in accurately conducting road station destination market blitz agricultural inspections administered by TDA o inspect agricultural shipments at road station inspection locations for pests diseases enforce quarantine requirements o conduct destination market blitz inspections at nurseries other locations receiving potentially threatening quarantine host articles species o inspect produce nursery plants trees shrubs other agricultural products for disease insects collect biological samples when required collect remit fees include licensing late fees issue stop-sales notices seizure findings reports enforcement actions collect samplesBenefits
