    Job Title: Dental Assistant

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced dental assistant to join our team at Hammock Gardens Dental Care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-quality patient care and support to dentists and hygienists in a fast-paced environment.
    • Assist with dental procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
    • Maintain accurate records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of experience as a dental assistant (strongly preferred)
    • Dentrix or other dental software experience
    • Dental assisting school certification in FL required
    • Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    Qualifications:

    • Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
    • Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment
    • If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification
