    Job Description:

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Servers to join the Umbrella Dry Bar team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons within our wellness-focused and zero-proof beverage environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide outstanding and personalized customer service to guests, guiding them through the menu and recommending zero-proof beverage selections based on their preferences.

    Effectively communicate menu items, ingredients, and any specials or events taking place at Umbrella Dry Bar.

    Take orders accurately and efficiently, inputting them into the system and coordinating with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery.

    Ensure a clean and organized dining area, set tables, and maintain an inviting ambiance for guests.

    Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and address any issues promptly and professionally.

    Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

    Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

    Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with diverse clientele.

    Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

    Enthusiasm for zero-proof beverages and a willingness to learn about the offerings and their preparation.
