Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the overall increasing of sales with both existing and prospective customers.
This position will focus largely on executing in/outbound calls, establishing strong relationships with new customers, achieving designated monthly sales metrics and supporting the customer service team.

Overall responsibility to drive customer sales and to ensure an excellent customer service experience by executing the following:
Build rapport with customers through professional phone etiquette and delivery of service throughout the entire customer sales lifecycle.
Proactively engage in customer education ensuring product and application is completely understood.
Contribute ideas and suggestions to proactively resolve any issues that arise throughout the customer interaction.
Actively engaged in developing leads, proactively calling interested and prospective customers and driving opportunities to present additional products to current customers.
Appropriate customer follow-up as needed to ensure customer service excellence.Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales metrics.
