- Maintains and uses appropriate language that is customer service centered, respectful, friendly and family centric. Vulgar or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
- Regularly maintains the Splash Pad and Pavilion are clear of unwanted litter, obstacles, and debris.
- Accurately and thoroughly complete incident reports in collaboration with Splash Pad Supervisor and/or Community Center Manager.
- Remain alert and calm while executing emergency evacuation procedures due to severe weather conditions.
- Ability to work outdoors with a wide range of fluctuating temperatures and the possibility of inclement weather conditions.
- Ability to adapt to changing work situations or assignments.
- Assist with Splash Pad Pavilion rentals.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds.
- Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and prepping as necessary.
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Communicates regularly with leadership, regarding events during shift, safety concerns, equipment failure, supply shortage, incidents, observe or witness to inappropriate behavior, unethical activity or other.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are adhered to for the safety of internal and external customers.
- Positive, regular presence and interaction among members, stakeholders, staff, program participants, Park visitors - presence and interaction to include weekends, evenings and events.
- Participate in events as scheduled or required.
- Maintains confidentiality with sensitive events, members, customers, visitors, employees, corporate sensitive information, etc.

Shift: Monday - Sunday, Variable Hours, 10:00am to 8:00pm
Anticipated Start: Memorial Day through Labor Day
Duration: Up To 16 Weeks; Summer Seasonal
Purpose:
Under the direction of the Community Center Manager and Splashpad Supervisor, to oversee, monitor, and enforce safe play and activities of visitors, all age groups, participating at the Splash Pad and Splash Pad Pavilion.
