    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
    Experience in HR administration, recruitment, and onboarding
    General knowledge and understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
    Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
    Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
    Evaluate resumes, identify qualified candidates, and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
    Organize and manage the scheduling of interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
    Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
    Assist in preparation of offer letters.
    Ensure strict adherence to applicable laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
    Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
    Assist with preparing HR-related reports.
    Provide support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    Assist with special projects and initiatives in the HR department.

    Physical Requirements

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
