POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Vice President of Information Technology, the IT Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for but is not limited to managing enterprise IT projects, standards and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
The position prefers a bachelor's degree. Will consider certifications and/or prior experience in lieu of a bachelors degree.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Utilizes processes, standards and project methodologies to ensure the business and the facilities get exceptional day to day operational support with minimal disruption during technology upgrades and implementations.
Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Uses available reporting tools to create and maintain IT departmental reports.
Leads the design and development of reports including but not limited to support KPIs, IT compliance metrics, asset tracking and reporting, and project task and issue performance.
Collaborate on design and implementation of approved projects.
Work with other teams to develop, implement and manage proper change management processes.
Assist in documentation of processes and systems.
Responsible for ensuring organizational and facility compliance with all relevant IT compliance policies and procedures.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere to departmental, personnel and standard policies and procedures.
Willing/Able to travel to other facilities within the company at the request of the VP of Information
