    • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:ooam - 5:00pm. Must be able to work additional hours as needed
    • Pay:
      • Managers: $20 - $22/hr w/ a .25 raise every 400 hours
        MIT: $18 - $20/hr w/ a .25 raise every 400 hours

    Job Description:

    This employer services multiple Southern Maine locations, and they are currently looking for Store Managers in their Windham, Raymond and Scarborough locations and a Manager in Training (MIT) in their Scarborough location. Store Managers are responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the store, including: hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating employees, managing accounting paperwork and daily deposits, jumping in and assisting Associates as needed, and communicating with upper management and outside vendors. The Store Manager must be willing to work flexible hours based on business needs; which may include some nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with an amazing benefits package, which includes home fuel discounts and raises after every 400 hours worked

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Must be committed to train and be a leader at your location
    • Conduct monthly store meetings
    • Develop and maintain fully staffed stores, with a fully trained management team and associates
    • Comply with all programs, policies and procedures, as well as all regulatory requirements
    • Connect with the community to establish positive relationships, development, and store success
    • Assume responsibility for special programs and/or assignments as needed
    • You must have open availability; Be able to cover shifts, and return to the location during off hours should there be an emergency
    • Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by 3pm daily to the office
    • Make daily bank deposits by 11am
    • Account for ATM and lottery funds on a daily basis
    • Keep accurate records and reports
    • Control inventories, check in vendors and deliveries, following our vendor check-in policies
    • You will be trained, certified in, and expected to follow EPA and DEP Storage tank policies.
    • Insure that daily fuel pricing competitor surveys and fuel price changes are completed by the morning and afternoon deadlines
    • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, develop, discipline, and terminate staff using appropriate documentation, policies, and processes.
    • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation
    • Participate in inventory audits
    • Communicate with associates, upper management, and office support personnel
    • Have the ability to perform all Associate duties including shifts, lifting, stocking cooler and maintaining the inside and outside of the location.
    • Implement and support all company promotional and sales initiatives
    • Taking pride in our operation, you will be responsible for maintaining the image of the location. You will Represent the corporation; including greeting customers while maintaining a professional image and demeanor.
    Job Qualifications:
    • Leadership skills are essential to have the ability to train, develop, and supervise staff
    • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment; energy is important
    • Must be detail oriented and organized; efficiency is important
    • Must have a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license
    • Must be able to lift 35lbs
    • Must have excellent customer service skills
    • Experience with Retail Management is preferred
    • Must be able to work flexible hours
    • Must be 21 years of age or older
