The Summit Area YMCA (SAY) is seeking caring Kid Zone staff to work at both Berkeley Heights YMCA & Summit YMCA branches.
But first, you might be asking yourself, what is Kid Zone?
Kid Zone is a drop-in program that provides members with childcare while they work out or participate in other programs or classes at the Y like group exercise, swimming, personal training and more. The children play inside, do craft projects, enjoy games, sports, and more in a safe, healthy, and fun environment, under the care of our loving staff (possibly you). Kid Zone is available to care for children as young as 6 weeks to 11 years of age.
You Might Be the Right Candidate if you:
The salary for this position starts at $16.50 per hour, based on experience. This position is part time with the ability to work up to 25 hours each week. Available shifts are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 5:00pm - 7:30pm and Saturday & Sundays 9:00am - 12:00pm. Employees must commit to working at least two shifts each week, including at least one weekend shift.
