    We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our teamJob Summary:

    The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service to our employees.

    This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.


    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant tracking records
    • Process new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and employee onboarding
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
    • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, renewals, and employee inquiries
    • Facilitate performance management processes, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
    • Coordinate employee events, training sessions, and company-wide initiatives
    • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, management, and external partners
    • Perform other HR-related duties as neededRequirements: 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR coordinator or administrative role
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations (e.g.
    FLSA, ACA, EEO)* Proficiency in HR software and systems (ADP)* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldWhat We Offer:
