- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant tracking records
- Process new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and employee onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, renewals, and employee inquiries
- Facilitate performance management processes, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate employee events, training sessions, and company-wide initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, management, and external partners
- Perform other HR-related duties as neededRequirements: 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR coordinator or administrative role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations (e.g.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
