- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features
- Strong knowledge of API specifications
- Specialist in API integration with any Applicant Tracking system (ATS)
- API Integration mapping, canonical data mapping with ATS recruitment modules
- Prior experience with Workday Recruitment or PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager or iCIMS talent platform is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
- Developing user stories
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Complete acceptance testing and provide feedback to development team when needed
- Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
