Open until filled - Meets with all new & returning students daily in residential buildings
- Completes enrollment forms for all new students, returning students and building transfers
- Verify state MARSS ID numbers on Minnesota Department of Education website
- Confirm resident district using Poll Finder address search
- Oversee and manage the Pines School student account creation process within Infinite Campus SIS
- Photograph all students, resize images and upload them into Infinite Campus
- Enter daily enrollments for each building program (NSP, ACS, RJC, DAY)
- Requests student records from other schools
- Prepares and sends student records to schools, treatment facilities, and DOC
- Contact social workers to obtain guardian paperwork, WOS and other legal documents
- Maintain and update student information including transfers, withdrawals, and changes in enrollment status, ensuring compliance with state and district regulations
- Assist in master schedule creation for Fall/Spring semester and Summer ESY Program
- Assign all student class schedules, including adjusting schedules for pod/building changes.
- Correct quarterly section grading errors & publish transcripts
- End Students as they exit the program, enter end status codes and calculate service minutes received for any sped students enrolled three days or less.
- Creates, reviews, organizes and maintains cume files and supporting documentation
- Complete transfers of old file folders to different cabinets/boxes for storage at end of year
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records in basement archival storage
- Collaborate with district finance department on tuition billing for Pines students
- Work with Special Education Lead Teacher on completion of student data/files
- Collaborate with district MARRS coordinator to correct date overlap errors and other Misc MARRS errors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for registrar-related inquiries from parents, staff and students such as schedules, transcripts, student
- Assist with student graduation ceremonies, take ceremony photos and cumulate for graduates to take with them.
- Monitor Pines Teacher & RCfax email inboxes
- Assist in updating morning notes for staff
- Assist with Frontline (adding teacher absences/substitutes/logging time)
- Provides miscellaneous special project support as needed

Start Date: ASAP
Work Days: 195 work days + 10 paid holidays
Hours: 8 hours/day - 6:45 am to 2:45 pm

QUALIFICATIONS:
Post high school training required with business and finance experience preferred.
Successful experience in an office setting required.
Demonstrated effective oral and written communications skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all school dealings.
Proven success in keyboarding and computer software required.
Demonstrated ability to effectively work as a positive contributing member of an office team.
Proven, successful experience working with minimal supervision accompanied by successful problem-solving skills.
Proven, successful experience relating well to school-aged youth as well as to adults.
Ability to multi-task in a high energy environment.

$23.25 per hour
