As a BPR Consultant you will provide your expertise and support to analyze, visualize, and report on survey data collected by a DoD agency.

This individual will provide support for all activities associated with the review, analysis, documentation, development and improvement of inter-agency business processes.

Business Analysis involves analyzing business operations and processes, identifying business needs and opportunities, with development of strategic plans required for realizing said opportunities or mitigating negative risks.

Employ Lean Six Sigma and other approved methodologies or practices to evaluate current processes, identify the need for new processes, or the revision/re-engineering of current processes.

Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.

Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products.
Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.

Provide support for all activities associated with the review and analysis of data to develop business intelligence to support data-driven decision at all levels within the agency.

This category also includes support personnel familiar with the visualization of data to provide operationalization of performance metrics, business intelligence, and strategic data.

Assist in identifying key performance indicators and metrics to Process Improvement efforts may require activities such as, but not limited to data modeling, transaction flow analysis, root cause analysis, internal control and risk analysis and modem business methods and performance measurement techniques.

Conduct text and analysis of open-ended responses to identify trends, customer satisfaction, customer experience anomalies and common expectations of respondents, and predict impacts if changes are implemented.

Extract and highlight response content that indicates positive or negative aspects of training transfer and impact.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience
Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience
