    Job Summary:


    As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling service requests, policy changes, cancellations, and other related functions.

    You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, with an estimated value of approximately $200,000, based on availability.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Review insurance applications and policies to ensure compliance with underwriting authority and guidelines.
    Provide insurance information and support to Sales Executives through various written forms.
    Screen and process insurance applications.
    Prepare and compile insurance-related documents following established procedures.
    Market existing and new accounts.
    Maintain accurate records.
    Cultivate positive relationships with insurance carriers.
    Assist in meeting office sales goals.
    Perform any other appropriate duties assigned by management.

    Qualifications:
    Current Life/Health license is preferred, with the exception of obtaining one within the first 120 days of being hired.
    Previous experience as an Account Manager specializing in Employee Benefits.
    Excellent written communication skills for providing insurance information and support to Sales Executives.
    Strong knowledge of insurance applications, policies, underwriting authority, and guidelines.
    Proficiency in screening and processing insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
    Demonstrated ability to effectively market existing and new accounts.
